MIX Meisei Story episode 2 の感想

This is again a good one. The first and the second episode of MIX anime is made from exactly #1-3 chapters of the original manga. The anime made good use of the story and brought forward the best out of the best into episode 1 as a start. The best parts are the boys’ catch ball scene in front of Meisei High School. And the mysterious baseball uniform found in the store room. This editing of the story, is awesome, it enhances the original story and the re-arrangement is clever. 

Reading the general comments from those who have watched the first episode said it is quite ADACHI, yes, it is true. It can’t go wrong if the script and directing followed so closely the original manga. Adding the spices of the cute voices performed by the trio: Uchida siblings in real life, who are portraying the Tachibana siblings in MIX, can’t be more interesting when you see how the elder brother role protects the younger sister role while in real life they are elder sister and younger brother! The chemistry is for sure. Kaji, who played the role of the protagonist Touma, is again so awesome, he performs completely loyal to the original creator, he did it perfectly. Kaji, a super star in the current voice-acting world of Japan, has been so over-utilised and has been iconic to many famous anime characters. I, as his new fan, quite impressed.

Otomi - the younger sister, has been played by Uchida Ma-ya, she does, bringing up the best of Otomi. I personally not a big fan of Otomi, but Ma-ya has given her a 3-d, a sweet nature. I start liking more for Otomi, and for the Tachibana bothers!

I wish to thank the musician, and the orchestra of Aoyama High School , whom contributed especially for this episode when they performed the theme song “Touch”. The awesome sound effect and background music spiced up every single scene. So beautiful.
